Packaging and Shipping

How can I check the status of my pup’s order?

Sign in to your account and from there, you'll be able to see what the status is of your order. If that is giving you a ruff time let us know, we'd be happy to help you out!

What service do you use to ship my pup’s order?

We use UPS or USPS to deliver your package, whichever is more efficient.

What is your subscribe and save program?

We offer Subscribe and save 20% for all of our products at intervals that fit your dog’s needs. Never run out of their favorite chews again all while saving money on your order.

Subscribe and save 20% on your orders with the flexibility to cancel anytime. You can easily manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings. If you choose to cancel, be sure to do so before your next billing date to avoid being charged. Please note that processed orders are non-refundable.

How do I read the best by or expiration date?

The “Best By” date is read as MM/DD/YY and the last digit or letter is an internal batch number. For example, EXP 091520A expires on 09/15/20. You can ignore the “A.”

Where are Fetcheroni's products produced?

Our products are sourced directly from farms and produced at our human-grade food facility in Brazil, Poland, Nepal, Belgium and the Americas that meet USDA- and FDA-standards.

How does Fetcheroni ensure the safety of its products?

All of our products are produced at our human-grade facility that meet USDA- and FDA standards. Samples of all products are sent to a lab where they’re tested to ensure safety and quality.
