Request an Exchange, Refund, or Return:
Send an email to help@fetcheronipets.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange, refund, or return request. For exchanges, please also let us know which comparably priced product you are interested in receiving instead.
Once your email is received, we will respond within 48 business hours (holidays excluded) with confirmation of whether we will approve or deny your request. If a refund is approved, once processed, you should see the funds back in your account within 5-7 business days on average. If a return is approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back.
NOTE: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and fully sealed.
